AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE ROCKPORT COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES HOME OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED

ARTICLE 1 of the original By-Laws is amended. The following sentence is added to Article I: The current address of the principal office is 210 Doral Lane, Rockport, Texas 78382.

ARTICLE 3 Section 1 of the original By-Laws is amended. The following sentence is added to Article 111, Section 1: Persons acquiring property within Rockport Country Club Estates after October 1, 2009, are required to be members of the Rockport Country Club Estates Homeowner’s Association, Inc.

ARTICLE 3 Section 2 of the original By-Laws is deleted entirely. The following Article III, Section 2, is enacted: Membership FEE: The membership fee for each member may be determined by the Directors of the Rockport Country Club Estates Homeowner’s Association, Inc. Such fee shall not exceed the sum of one hundred dollars per year for each membership unless a different maximum fee is hereby enacted by a majority vote of the membership.

ARTICLE 3 Section 11 of the original By-Laws is amended. The following sentence is added to the first paragraph of section 11: Such notices may also be given by a sign posted at any entrance to the Rockport Country Club Estates. Such notices may be further delivered by Internet communications to the email addresses of the members.
